TIERP, SWEDEN (June 10th, 2018) - At the FIA European Drag Racing Championship event at Tierp Arena, a PLR Hemi-powered Chevelle made big waves in the Pro Modified class. Andreas Arthursson had a weekend of firsts, his first time running in the 5 second zone and his first FIA victory!
His Chevelle is powered by a PLR 520ci Hemi with twin Precision 91mm turbochargers and controlled by FuelTech. After a successful test session with PLR tuner Brandon Stroud, Arthursson and team qualified #2 with a 5.86 at 253mph! In eliminations, he would then put together a string of 5.8 second runs at over 250mph to advance to his first FIA win.
